Shipping & Delivery Timelines
We provide two shipping options: Express Fast Shipping (8 to 14 days) and Economy Standard Shipping (13 to 20 days). Orders are delivered to your doorstep within 1 to 3 days from the date of arrival at our hub. Delivery rates: Nablus (Eastern Terminal) ₪10, West Bank ₪20, Jerusalem ₪30, Green Line ₪70, plus 100% free pickup stations.
Returns & Damaged Goods Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled after completion. Returns are accepted only if items arrived damaged from SHEIN itself, in which case they are returned to SHEIN. Returning undamaged items without defects is strictly not permitted.

Full cash payment is due immediately upon order receipt.
